I bunken af gamle rejsepapirer fandt jeg en seddel fra en SAS “cube”: Smoked ASC salmon from Norway with an Öland wheat salad, kale and a Norröna soused herring dressing and prästost cheese cream and nigella seed cooked onions. Served with kale emulsion and sea buckthorn, millet and breadcrumbs from Varbokvarn. Det lyder vældig fisefornemt, men det har nok bare lignet en laksesalat......... Gamle menyer kan være en kilde til moro! Og forresten: laksen hed Arne!
