Ellers går det forover med CSeries-programmet. Foreløpig ingen forsinkelser siste nytt er at status er som følger:

Testing med system integrasjonen i "Aircraft 0" er kommet igang. For å redusere risikoen ved at de bygger et fly for så å oppdage at det ikke virker (ref 787 og A380) så har Bombardier valgt å teste ut alle systeme i et dummy fly for å se om de snakker sammen etc.

Seeking to significantly de-risk its already squeezed CSeries aircraft program, Bombardier has begun commissioning and activating systems on Aircraft 0, its iron bird systems validator part of its complete integrated aircraft systems test area (CIASTA) at its Mirabel, Quebec facility outside of Montreal.

Just prior to the 25 December Christmas holiday, Bombardier commissioned its first block of systems which included the aircraft's flight deck pedestal, throttle quadrant and Full Digital Authority Engine Control (FADEC) software, connected to generators and dummy engines.

Bombardier planlegger å nå en produksjon på 10 fly i måneden fra 2016, selv om mulighetene etterhvert kan ta produksjonen til 20 fly i måneden. CSeries er utsolgt i 2014 og 2015, og 60% utsolgt i 2016

Having accumulated over 300 orders and commitments for CSeries CS100 and CS300 aircraft, Bombardier says it is now sold out of delivery slots in 2014 and 2015 and 60% sold out in 2016.

With its first delivery pegged for the end of 2013, CSeries programme vice president and general manager Rob Dewar said the Canadian airframer plans to deliver 40 aircraft in 2014, followed by 80 in 2015 and 120 in 2016 as it ramps its production to ten aircraft per month, delivering 240 aircraft during its first three full years of service

FTV1, which is slated to fly by year-end, will open the CS100's operating envelope, undertaking aeroelastic flutter evaluations. The second test aircraft, FTV2, will focus on systems integration, including the jet's avionics and fly-by-wire flight control systems certification. Test aircraft FTV3 will establish the performance of the aircraft and its Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines, and FT4 will duplicate FTV2, splitting the systems certification workload between these two test aircraft
