Default SAS new travel distribution model

SAS new travel distribution model

SAS and Cendant Travel Distribution Services (TDS) today announce that
the parties have met an agreement that allows the Galileo GDS continued
full access to SAS' content. The agreement is a result of several
months' negotiations and allows SAS to obtain lower distribution costs.

"Ensuring that distribution costs more closely reflect the changing
competitive landscape is vital in the airline industry. The agreed
scheme with Cendant TDS helps us reaching this goal while maintaining
full distribution through the Galileo GDS", says Robin Kamark, SVP
Airline Commercial in SAS.

As of October 1st, 2005 SAS altered its full content strategy across the
board in order to introduce change in the business model.
