Ganske spesiell Mayday

Kom over en litt spesiell mayday på AVH her isted. Kan ikke huske å ha hørt om noe slikt før.

"A Westjet Boeing 737-800, registration C-GWSZ performing flight WS-1864 from Vancouver,BC (Canada) to Honolulu,HI (USA) with 161 people on board, was enroute at FL380 about halfway (3.5 hours) into the flight, when landing gear horn and overspeed warning horn sounded simultaneously. The crew could not find any faults, however was not able to cancel the alerts. In consultation with company maintenance the crew was able to deactivate the horns, a short time later however the fire bell began to sound without associated warning indications. The fire bell could not be cancelled and rang for the remainder of the flight (2.5 hours). The crew declared emergency because communication with ATC became very difficult due to the fire bell. The crew managed a safe landing in Honolulu."
