Det intrykket jeg har er at han vil gjøre alt han kan for at Sas skal bli så store som de var før. Jeg synes at fagforeningene i Sas har alt for mye makt. Selvsagt skal de ha innflytelse, men ikke så mye som det de har nå. Sas er et selskap for de reisende, ikke for at de ansatte skal kunne heve en høy lønn. Kommer sikkert til å få en del tilbakemelding på dette ![]()

jeg har enormt stor tro på Mats Jansson som konsernsjef, og at å si at SAS (i en del avdelinger) ikke tjener penger er bullshit...
Når crew i SAS NO flyr hardere slinger enn LCC som DY for at SAS DK skal kunne ha stopp i Milano og enerett på IC så er det noe som er litt gæærnt..... Besparelsene er gjort til de grader noen steder, men det er nok mye makt igjen i noen facker. jeg skal ikke nevne hvilke. Framtiden er ikke bare nå, eller neste år; men om 10 år for ganske mange mennesker og skjebner. |

Hardere slinger enn DY? Hvor har du det fra? Poenget er at DY programmerer sine besetninger meget effektivt, bla ingen laaaange matpauser på bakken rundt omkring som SK NO har. Dermed blir dagene mye lengre for SK crew.....takket være kollektivavtaler som hører steinalderen til....

synes vår Danske venn og kollega kunne ryddet i egne rekker 1st.
Når er det ikke det at våre danske kollegaer står på og arbeider så svetten renner for selskapet, det skal de ha, men samtidig er det ikke til å stikke under en stol at der i Danmark er en annen kultur enn her på bjerget og noe som kunne bidra til å få pilen oppover igjen, er vel rydding i det som en selv kan rydde opp i. Om Sgs blir endel av Konsernet er vel ikke nok til å få våre Danske venner til å snu på noe av sin jobkultur.... ![]() |

Dagrom er så og si eliminert i DY kompis Jarlabanke Viking. Her på basen i TRD eksisterer de ikke i det hele tatt.
Dagrom er brukt i SAS konsernet også, brukes på ruteområder der frekvensene er lave. WF bruker en god del dagrom, hvis det ikke har endret seg mye etter at jeg slutta der.

Sammenlign SAS konsernet med Ryanair for eksempel. OK, to forskjellige konsepter, men se allikevel på dette: SAS konsernet og Ryanair er omtrent like store, litt avhengig av hvordan man ser det (antall fly, antall passasjerer, antall destinasjoner, etc). Ryanair har EN administrasjon, mens SAS konsernet har sikkert 10-12, om ikke flere. Ryanair har etter hva jeg har hørt har Ryanair kun EN mann på vakt på crewdisp. Hvor mange tror du det er totalt i SAS konsernet? Ryanair har NULL overnattinger for crew. Hvor mange netter tror du SAS konsernet har for sine crew? Ryanair har INGEN crew som flyr passiv. Hvor mange reiser tror du SAS konsernet har av passiv crew? Å sammenligne Ryanair og SAS er ikke fair. Men det gir allikevel et lite bilde av hvordan effektivitet kan være. Å si at SAS er en effektiv organisasjon er noe ihvertfall ikke jeg er enig i. Og at de tjener penger... vel det er jo bare å se på tallene de siste årene. Det er ikke bullshit å si at SAS ikke tjener penger, for det gjør de nemlig ikke.
