Air One plans to boost its medium-range European destinations to 35 by end of 2012, from 9 today, and next year will launch intercontinental routes for which talks on plans are underway, it said.

Italy's Air One airline, one of three contenders in the Alitalia SpA privatisation, said it is converting 50 options on Airbus A320 airplanes to firm orders from the EADS unit.
