Hi - I'm not normally a poster, but this might be useful for someone!
A friend of mine rented a car in Lancashire (UK) and found two memory cards in it. They were full with over 700 photos taken at Manchester Airport (mostly from the Aviation Viewing Park). Perhaps someone knows someone who has lost their cards. My friend returned them to the car rental company, who seem to be refusing to contact previous renters of the car (data protection act or some such rubbish – it means they can’t be bothered), but he copied the photos first – now he’s passed them to me. From the Exif info I can see that the date wasn't set on the camera, so I don't know when they were taken (from the combination of aircraft, May 2005 is a possibility), but I do know the camera make, lens type, and so on, so if anyone wants to claim them, let me know the details, and we can arrange to get them back to their rightful owner. Rod (Please forgive me posting in English - I'm just trying to help!) |
