Delta investerer over 30mrd kroner i La Guardia

Delta, som vel er største aktør på La Guardia (LGA) i New York investerer 4mrd dollar, ca 32mrd kroner med dagens kurs, i nye terminaler og gater.
Dette skal ta over for terminal C og D på flyplassen. Av dette betaler Delta $3,4 mrd, mens Port Authority of New York and New Jersey betaler $600 mill

Store summer, men flyplassen er også moden for oppgradering. Forrige visepresidenten i USA, Joe Biden, kalte jo flyplassen "A third world airport".

Delta Air Lines has broken ground on the $4 billion redevelopment of its terminals at New York LaGuardia airport, its largest airport investment ever.

The works will see the Atlanta-based carrier rebuild its facilities in terminals C and D at the airport into a new, "world class" facility with 37 gates that can accommodate all of its operations at the popular New York airport.
