Over the past few years many airlines have been making a concerted effort to improve the variety and quality of the meals they serve at 30,000 feet. FASTTRACK decides to put three of them to the test this week. Singapore Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and British Airways are all willing contenders in the FASTTRACK Masterchef 2006 Challenge.
