Dette minner meg veldig om SAS konflikten:

Air Sahara pilots, among the highest paid in India, called in sick from Sunday to Tuesday last week, worried they would be forced to take a pay cut or assume a lower rank once the airline merged with Jet Airways.

Amid talk that the pilots were seeking jobs elsewhere, Air Sahara met them and agreed to waive the mandatory six-month notice period and offer a pay-out to those pilots leaving the company. Operations returned to normal last Wednesday.
