Default Dummies Guide To Aviation Law

Dummies Guide To Aviation Law - To get you started!

1) ATC always make THE RULES.

2) No PILOT can possibly know all THE RULES.

3) If ATC suspects the PILOT knows all THE RULES, he must immediately change some or all THE RULES.

4) ATC is never wrong.

5) If ATC is wrong, it is due to a mis-understanding which was a direct result of something the PILOT did or said wrong.

6) The PILOT must apologize immediately for causing such misunderstanding.

7) ATC may change their mind at any time.

8) The PILOT must never change his mind without the express consent of the ATC.

9) ATC is ready when he/she is ready.

10) The PILOT who doesn't abide by THE RULES is grounded.
