NORWEGIAN left 200 people stranded at Buenos Aires airport – and failed to notify them until they got to the airport, despite the airline knowing their flight was cancelled 18 hours beforehand.

They were then forced to call Norwegian’s customer service department, taking hours to get through to the helpline in Norway due to the volume of people trying to call from Buenos Aires.

Gjetter på at denne ¨and failed to notify them until they got to the airport - er den klassiske passasjeren har kjøpt billetten gjennom en tredjepart som ikke har gitt Norwegian tilstrekkelig kontaktinformasjon... Så har disse det gjeller, tydeligvis blitt til ALLE ombord siden de ikke har fått melding.
