Air France Traffic disruptions from 25 to 29 OCTOBER 2007

Air France sincerely regrets to inform its customers and partners that a labor conflict will be disrupting our operations. This is due to an Air France Crew Union Labor conflict from 25 to 29 October 2007.
The conflict will affect a considerable volume of flights resulting in numerous cancellations within the Air France short and medium haul (France and Europe) network. Long haul (intercontinental) flights will operate as scheduled.

AF has been hiring about 800 F/A per year these past years and thinking about hiring more than 1,000 in 2008.

After OCT strike, AF decided to add 1 F/A on wide-body flights; eff. FEB 01, 2008 on all A343 (only the version 30J 261 Y for now : 11 F/A ISO 10) then all other aircrafts types and configurations : 400 extra F/As will be needed because of this decision.

As you may already know all B772/3 will be reconfig. in Y, with the 3-4-3 config. (the 1st B773 "INTERNATIONAL" with 3-4-3 in Y has joined the fleet adding 1F/A total :325 Seats ISO 310 ) + 1 another F/A because of the new decision. total 16 F/A will be working in our B773 INT'L.

Så det er offisielt at de rekonfigurerer alle 777-maskinene til 3-4-3...
Jaja, da får de ikke meg som kunde i economy iallefall.
