Welcome to United Club. Effective October 1, 2011, United Club is the new name for Continental Presidents Club and United Red Carpet Club. Continue to enjoy the same comforts and luxuries you've come to rely on — complimentary bar service, light snacks, free Wi-Fi, conference room access and more. For more information about our new club brand, review the questions below:
Q: Will all United Red Carpet Club and Continental Presidents Club locations have the new United Club name and logo starting October 1, 2011?
A: Yes, all Red Carpet Club and Continental Presidents Club locations will be rebranded.

Q: Will American Express customers have complimentary access to United Club locations?
A: Effective October 1, 2011, American Express customers will no longer have complimentary access to United Club locations. American Express customers may access clubs by purchasing a one-time pass or United Club membership.

Q: What is the new age requirement for United Club access?
A: Beginning, October 1, 2011, customers must be at least 21 years of age to enroll or renew United Club membership. Current United Red Carpet Club members who are under 21 will have access to clubs through their current term.

Q: Who will receive a new United Club membership card?
A: The following customers will receive new membership cards: customers who renew their club membership after October 1, 2011, customers who join United Club after September 25 and customers who request a replacement card after September 25 (card replacement fee will apply).

Q: Can customers continue to join United Club at both continental.com and united.com?
A: Yes. Continental OnePass® members can enroll by visiting continental.com/unitedclub and United MileagePlus® members can visit united.com/unitedclub.

Q: Are there any changes to United Club membership pricing?
A: No. Prices will remain the same.

Q: What pass product will the new United Club offer?
A: The new United Club will offer one-time passes.

Q: How do I reserve a United Club conference room?
A: Please visit continental.com/unitedclub or united.com/unitedclub.

Q: How do I subscribe to a United Club membership?
