Terms & Conditions
 Travel must originate in Europe, Israel or Brazil for travel to North America. Travel cannot originate in North America.
 This offer will be valid for reservations made between 6 November and 31 December 2009.
 Valid only for customers who are enrolled in Dividend Miles and have a mailing address outside of North America.
 Travel must be ticketed in paid Envoy only (booking classes C, D & Z). No GoEnvoy, frequent flyer upgrades, or day of
departure upgrades will qualify.
 Customer must choose and earn Dividend Miles for their entire journey. Choice of frequent flyer program cannot be changed
after flight has begun.
 Allow 4 business days from date of request for status to be fully reflected in US Airways systems. Passengers traveling prior to
the window may not receive any/all benefits on their outbound flight and benefits cannot be applied retroactively.
 Being nominated to Gold does not reduce requirements to reach higher preferred levels. (for example, Platinum status still
requires 75,000 total flight miles in the calendar year)
US Airways currently fly from Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, Dublin and London Heathrow to Philadelphia, London
Gatwick to Charlotte, North Carolina, and Manchester to Philadelphia with good connections to over 200 destinations in
the USA, Canada, The Caribbean and Latin America.
