Old PNR

Hi there,

I don't know if I am in the right place but I hope I can find some help from this forum!

In 2004 I went to London Heathrow by BA. Unfortunately I didn't keep the ticket receipt or any other paper or email (I booked online) and now I desperately need a proof which attests I went to London on that 14th of September. Can anybody tell me where and how can I get that old personal record?

I will much appreciate any help!

These kind of records are typically not kept that long .. but BA might be able to purge their records. Depends how long they keep their back-up files ..
If you booked through another gateway than BA.com, the agent may have a record.
Another option is your credit card company.
