Jeg fant en liten notis på nettet :
Spanair is hoping to introduce two weekly direct flights to China with the option of a third in the future. The Spanish airline has been canvassing for political support for the flights from Barcelona's El Prat airport to Beijing and Shanghai, with Spain keen to capitalise on the Chinese tourist market and cement its place as the ... og litt mere : Airlines plan China flights from May 2005 Spanish airlines Air Europa, Air Plus Comet, Air Madrid, Air Plus and Spanair plan to start operating flights in May 2005 from Spain to China once the bilateral agreement between the two countries has been finalised, allowing up to five cities in each country (chosen by airline operators according to demand trends) to be linked with each other. Air Plus Comet is initially planning to fly twice weekly between Madrid and Peking with the view to extend this service to Shanghai. Air Europa will fly three times a week between Madrid and Peking and hopes to increase this to a daily flight service. Air Madrid expects to operate two services to Peking and two to Shanghai from May 2005 with its new Airbus 340-300 planes. Iberia (the only Spanish airline which currently holds a license to fly to China) is to study the profitability of flight operations to the country, taking into account the 2008 Olympics, and could operate flights from 2006. The bilateral agreement will be reciprocal and will allow Chinese airlines, of which Air China, China Eastern, China Southern and Hainan Airlines have expressed an interest, to fly to Spain.
