Default Konflikten i Spanair er over

Spanair informs that it is operating normally

Madrid, the 27th of June 2007.- Spanair is pleased to inform that after having
signed an agreement with the majority of the Company's Cabin Attendants, as they
informed last Friday, the flight schedule has now returned to normal.

The Company would like to apologise for any inconvience caused after being
obliged to cancel 62 flights yesterday as a result of the strike called by the
Independent Trade Union of Airlines' Passengers Cabin Attendants SITCPLA, and at
the same time would like to thank, in advance, all its passengers for their
confidence and understanding.

In spite of the fact that Spanair is putting all its efforts into solving this
situation that is beyond its control, next Sunday the 1st of July, the Company
is forced once again to cancel 25 of the 373 flights scheduled for that day.

Spanair will put at their passengers' disposal for the 1st of July, all the
necessary information related to their flight programme on its web site
www.spanair.com, or through its reservation centre on 902 13 14 15, as well as
at the Spanair sales offices and selected Travel Agencies. Additionally, the
Company will offer all facilities to their clients with respect to changes in
reservations or the refunding of tickets.

Spanair was founded in 1986 and offers more than 600 daily flights, operated
with a fleet of 65 aircraft and in code share with its partners, to 241
destinations. Since April 2003, Spanair is a member of Star Alliance, the
largest and most prestigious airline network in the world.
