Jeg har søkt en del på støybegrensninger. Jeg forsøker å finne ut når de forskjellige stadiene skal gjelde fra og hvilke fly som omfattes av de forskjellige stadiene.

Noen som vet noe mer?

Chapter 4 is noise-level of chapter 3 - 10 db.

The limits for Chapter 3 you can find by using Google for Chapter 3 and e.g. FAA.

Short look further, and here we have full answer. Full limits are described in Annex 16 of the ICAO, and I think you can guess which chapter. I put the link in here. Obs, the files are large!
