Responsibilities
The employee shall be responsible for total management of Continental's day-to-day activities related to the airport and cargo operation.
These duties include, but are not limited to: The safe and secure handling of passenger and aircraft processing.
The promotion of service excellence through employee coaching, guidance, and leadership.
To ensure absolute compliance with FAA requirements and local air transport authority guidelines in all operational activities in addition to strict adherence to CO's own operational standards.
Act as liaison with customs, immigration, other users and suppliers.
Work effectively and professionally with alliance partner's management and their employees.
Implementation of employee communication and teamwork initiatives.
The administration of budgets, operating plans and capital investment programs.
The management and review of all vendor service contracts.
The establishment and involvement with business and civic leaders and community service to generate awareness of the company.
Assistance with the implementation of sales and marketing activities.
The creation of a positive employee environment where all employees enjoy coming to work, have fun and deliver the Continental product in a consistent, professional manner.

Qualifications
At least five years experience in scheduled airline operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with third parties and others within Continental at all levels of the organization.
A proven ability to manage and motivate staff.
Must be a dedicated professional with a record of achievement in airline management.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with PC literacy are a must.
Must have a minimum of a high school level education.
Must be fluent in English and Norwegian.
Must be legally authorized to work in Norway for any employer without sponsorship.

Med dagens kurs er det ikke mye å skryte av i Norge.. For flyselskaper her i US and A er det ganske bra tror jeg

CO må nok justere for dollarkurs og lønns/prisnivå i Norge. Bortsett fra lønn kan det være en spennende jobb!

HE HE, 3000$ svarer ca. til arbejdsledighedsunderstøttelsen i Dk

Det dobbelte bør vel være minimum for et managerjob !

De har egne ansatte, både på OSL og i byen, men de har ikke billettkontor i sentrum. COs kontor i sentrum er et administrasjons- og markedføringskontor, ingen billettering eller "kundemottak" der.

Men, hovedsaken og poenget mitt var at de ihvertfall har et kontor i sentrum.

Ticket desken på OSL er det vel Servisair som bemanner?

TKT dsk er SA's oppgave. De har jo stasjonssjef og "supervision" greie, lokal administrasjon og sånt. Det er ihvertfall slik jeg har oppfattet det.
