BA British Airways installerer Wifi

Quote:
British Airways has confirmed that it plans to offer both short-haul and long-haul connectivity across its fleet.

IAG, the carrier's owner, said at an investor day this week that it is "evaluating wifi retrofit for over 100 existing [long-haul] aircraft" while short-haul will look at "extending Inmarsat's Air-to-Ground (AtG) offer to over 300 aircraft".

British Airways, at long last, has announced plans to bring in-flight Wi-Fi Internet access to 118 long-haul aircraft—most of its long-haul fleet. Each aircraft will theoretically have a combined upload and download bandwidth of 70Mbps, though that will be shared between everyone onboard.

Quote:
£4.99 for 1 hour (basic), £10.99 for 4 hours (basic), £14.99 for the flight (basic)
£7.99 for 1 hour (fast), £17.99 for 4 hours (fast), £23.99 for the flight (fast).
Basic is for non-streaming, fast is for streaming.

Ligger ca. på nivå med AA iallfall. 19 dollar for flighten, 17 dollar for 4 timer.
