Her er hva jeg fikk til svar fra Field Aviation den 21.9. Kan ikke se at det harmoniserer helt med hva som fremkommer i dommen

Dear Mr. "LN-TIB"
Thank you for your enquiry to Field Aviation regarding the availability of SCAT-1 equipment;
According to information from operator Widerøe in Norway, there is available a kit for SCAT-1.
We would like some more information about this;
- Estimated price pr. kit
- Delivery and implementation time.
- Aircraft and navigation equipment it can be used together with.
The situation is as follows:
Hardware
The situation here is that the GLS-1250 component, which is at the heart of the SCAT-1 system, is no longer in production and there is no commercially viable way to have any more units manufactured.
Field Aviation is currently in dialogue with Wideroe and the Norwegian CAA to look at a program that would make a number of GLS-120 units available under a lease agreement to an operator who, under a new contract with the Norwegian Department of Transportation, is required to equip aircraft with SCAT-1. In such a scenario, Field Aviation can certainly offer the necessary assistance with installation kits, installation and Supplementary Type Certification to DAT.
It is, however, our understanding from Wideroe that the intent behind this lease arrangement for GLS-1250 units is to ensure availability for operations in Northern Norway, and that the equipment will not be made available unless specifically required for the associated Norwegian operations.
Field Aviation has also been contacted by the Norwegian CAA regarding availability of GLS-1250 units for future requests for flight operations contracts in Northern Norway, and it is therefore likely that information regarding the availability of GLS-1250 units under lease will become part of the next set of tender documents.
Aircraft Integration
Currently, Field Aviation is the only modification company to ever installed the SCAT-1 system in an aircraft. We have installed this equipment on many Dash 8 100s (for Wideroe), as well as on the King Air 200 aircraft used as a Flight Inspection Aircraft for the Norwegian CAA. If you are talking about a different aircraft type and/or different equipment configurations from the “Wideroe” standard, then this would require a new installation design, as well as a new test and certification effort.
For this reason it is difficult to give you an indication regarding price and schedule, but we can add that Field Aviation typically prefabricates our kits at our facility in Toronto for quick and easy on-aircraft installations at our facility or a remote facility.
