I just have to support what you say about it being hard to get a job in Norway without good Norwegian language-skills. Even in student projects / summer jobs the students without norwegian language-skills aren't really considered as realistic candidates. I was surprised to experience this, because Norway seems to be very multi-cultural and international country from the outside.
