Just want to say something simple.
I moved here because I love the country and the culture. I have been trying to integrate my self in the country, and have worked for Ryanair almost 3 years.
Now, If you work the same amount of hours as anyone else with a fulltime job, sometimes if delayed even more, why do you have to get paid 60/70% less?
We all go to the same shops, live in the same places, and have similar general expences. Why do Ryanair people need to "survive" on 11000
NOK?
U say, well you can leave the Job.
Believe me, many have tried. I my self have done 1000's of Job applications in Norway, but since I do not speak the language, it is very difficult to find something. ( ryanair doesn't pay for any norwegian language course )
Imagine your self, you just paid for your cabin crew training course (3000 Euro) or you are paying back 300 euro a month for a year. You find your self in a country where do you do not speak the language, and have no opportunity of a job back home. If you leave your in debt, and the only thing you can do is accept what ever they do to you!
I mean you don't get given a choice to raise your salary if it's not enough, it's documented, families are living in Norway with Ryanair salaries, not students or all young people!
This must end! Would you go to work if you were not paid for sickness, could be fired on spot for almost anything, or be deducted 1/6 of your salary if late to work? I do not think so! why should Ryanair employees who live here do that?
This people are scared to speak out, if they get fired, no one helps them, as they do not pay taxes here! LØ, HK and many others are trying to do something, but it's not enough. Something needs to change soon!
