CHANGES TO LOUNGE ACCESS

Guest rule change, Effective 01 April 2025
EuroBonus Gold, EuroBonus Diamond & SkyTeam Elite Plus customers are entitled to bring one guest into the lounge with them.
All guests must be traveling on the same SkyTeam-operated flight as the card holder.

Effective 1 April 2025, lounge access will no longer be available for passengers traveling in SAS Plus Long Haul at any airport.

The lounge access benefit will be removed for tickets purchased on or after 3 March 2025.

Passengers who purchased tickets before this change still have access to SAS lounges at CPH, ARN, OSL, ORD, and EWR.

As we approach the busiest travel season of the year, there is a risk our Copenhagen lounge will be at full capacity at times.
If the SAS lounge in CPH is estimated to be full, selected passengers can be offered to access Aspire Lounge or receive a complimentary
voucher that can be used for food and drinks elsewhere at the airport. Affected passengers will be contacted via Email and SMS before their travel.

NOTE: No changes to lounge access for our EuroBonus higher-tier level (EBP, EBD and EBG)
