I am particularly interested in flights to Kefalonia ( EFL/ LGKF).
Until 2018, SAS had 3x weekly flights (2x ARN + 1x GOT).
This year, one flight from ARN was canceled and the GOT-flight were performed by Braathens Regional.
Next year will be interesting, because it seems that SAS is dropping EFL and Braathens is retiring their Avro-fleet.

No, for the charter program you need to check with the tour operators. So it all depends whether one of them is offering Kefalonia or not
