CMA CGM med eierandel og samarbeid med Air France-KLM

Det franske shippingselskapet CMA CGM skal etter planen kjøpe seg inn i Air France-KLM med en eierandel på 9% og inngå et strategisk samarbeid innen cargo. Både med egne fraktere og kapasitet i Air France-KLMs passasjerfly

De 9% skal etter planen kjøpes gjennom en emisjon, slik at det også vil styrke balansen og cashen hos selskapet, så det hjelper også på gjeldssiden

De beholder eierandelen, men samarbeidet her fikk de ikke til å funke da de tydeligvis har støtt på endel hindringer.
